Who we are
This website is run by Team Maverick India, the student aerospace team of Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCoE), Pune, India. For any privacy question or request, email teammaverickindia@pccoepune.org.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email, subject and message, so we can reply.
- Donations: your name, email, optional phone number and optional message, so we can record your contribution, show it on the supporters list (unless you choose to stay anonymous) and contact you if there is a problem. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment partner; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
- Event registrations: the details you enter when registering for a workshop, used to run that event.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage statistics, to understand which pages are useful. See our Cookie Policy.
How your data is stored
Personal data is kept in secured, access-controlled systems. It is encrypted in transit, can only be reached by our own servers or by the team members who need it, and is never exposed publicly. We work with a small number of trusted, industry-standard service providers who process data only on our instructions and under their own strict security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Donation records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Event registrations are deleted after the event cycle ends.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email teammaverickindia@pccoepune.org and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, payments are verified with cryptographic signatures, and our APIs are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
