We are Team Maverick India, a group of young engineers from Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune, established in 2021. United by a passion for innovation, we design, build and fly autonomous and remote-controlled aircraft.
SAE Aero Design is one of the most demanding student engineering competitions in the world. Teams design an aircraft from scratch, write a technical report, present it to industry judges and then prove it in the air.
Competing abroad is expensive. Carbon fibre, motors, batteries and avionics, along with shipping the aircraft and travel for the team, add up to far more than a student team can manage alone.
Every contribution, big or small, goes directly into building our aircraft and getting us to the competition. Thank you for believing in us.
